Ismet Mumtaz Yayan is the founder and the coordinating partner of Yayans.
Prior to Yayans, he worked at various local and international law firms and companies including Arent Fox (as a visiting attorney), Diler Holding, Albayrak Aslan, MFA at various levels of seniority.
He extensively provided legal consultancy to various corporate clients in range of industries, including construction, energy, home appliance part production and tourism-hospitality sectors such as Etstur, Voyag Group, Summa Construction, 2M Energy; worked on various contracts and represented corporate clients on various commercial litigation involving labor law, corporate-commercial law, trademark protection law related dispute proceedings. He drafted, negotiated and reviewed domestic and mostly international contracts based on the needs of clients related with advertising, marketing, sales, A/B testing, channel management, software development, licensing, hospitality services; represented corporate clients on complex commercial disputes (such as cancellation of general assembly, dissolution of corporate partnership), trademark protection disputes (including protection of some famous trademarks such as Voyage and Maxx Royal famous brands); managed due process procedures for company acquisition, closely assisted clients from tourism-hospitality sector and managed legal procedures to be implemented locally on holiday sickness related litigation process abroad but mostly in the UK.
